    Tasting Note : Pale yellow with light green tints. On the nose it is expressive with citrus, white flowers and exotic fruit aromas. Beautiful on entry to the palate with lovely acidity, the aromas detected on the nose emerge again on the palate.

     

    Blend : 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

     

    Wine Making : Mechanical and manual harvesting, sorting of the harvested grapes. Long alcoholic fermentation (around 30 to 60 days) at controlled temperature (16-19 °C).

     

    Ageing : Ageing on the fine lees for two months.

     

    ABV : 13%

     

    Drink With : Seafood, fish or goat cheese
