Anna Spinato Prosecco.......A delicate, fruit driven wine from a small producer in North Eastern Italy. Versatile and easy drinking with a hint of toast and nuttiness unusual on a Prosecco.

Chateau L'Aulee Brut................................an impressive Chenin Blanc from Touraine from an ex-Bollinger winemaker

D'Arenberg DADD..............Since 1912, four generations of the Osborn family has tended the 19th century vineyards at their d'Arenberg winery in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Joseph Osborn purchased the property and vineyard, Frank built the winery and d'Arry created the red stripe adorning each bottle. Each of their contributions have been so significant he felt they each Dad deserved their own D in the title of this characterful wine

Tapiz Malbec Brut Rose..............................An experimental wine from a earth-concious producer, using the famous red grape Malbec. Here the red is made as a rose, focussing on light fruits but maintaining the spice of the grape while infusing it with the refreshing acidity of the sparkling process. A delicious and pleasing wine!

Filipa Pato 3B Brut Nature..........................Bairrada is the region of 3B's, with this wine using the region's famous grape varieties Baga and Bical. Bairrada was the first region in Portugal to produce sparkling wine, where the Atlantic influence and chalky clay soil are perfect for creating freshness and minerality, while the Baga gives structure and acidity, and Bical the creamy character.

Bolney Estate Cuvee Noir...........................To top it off an award-winning opulant red from Sussex - a rich dark cherried red ideally matched with red meats and dark chocolate.
