Tasting Note : Intense red color with purple highlights. Aromas of ripe plums and violets. On the palate, it is fruity and spicy with hints of vanilla and caramel after being aged in French oak barrels. Elegant and well-structured wine with a long finish.

Wine Making : Drip irrigation is used in the vineyard which maximizes the preservation of nutrients while minimasing water loss resulting in rich fruits.
Ageing : Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months.
ABV : 14.5%
