Tasting Note : Light bodied and bone dry. Straw yellow with greenish hues, it has the very delicate bubbles typical of Frizzante wines. Jasmine and pear scents accompanied by notes of citrus, yeast and baked bread.
Blend : 100% Glera.
Wine Making : Biodynamic, as free as possible from pesticides. Unfiltered. Refermented in bottle.
Ageing : Around 6 months lees contact.
ABV : 10.5%
Drink With : Smoked oily fish, vegetarian risotto, baby Swiss cheese.
