Tasting Note : Abundance of fresh dark fruits which is accentuated during three weeks of carbonic maceration in open-top wood vats leading to low tannin levels. Slightly funky, earthy notes add complexity, and its relatively low alcohol content makes for easy drinking. Very suitable for drinking now.
Blend : 100% Grolleau.
Wine Making : Carbonic maceration is employed which is the process of fermenting whole grapes in a carbon dioxide rich environment prior to crushing. Therefore, majority of the fermentation occurs while the juice is still inside the fruit.

ABV : 11%
Drink With : Red peppers stuffed with goats’ cheese, fried tofu with soy, pate.
