Filipa Pato's dedication to the Baga grape and bringing out it's full potential is probably only matched by her father Luis. This fortified version is delicious, a perfect balance of fresh, creamy, dark fruit and superb complexity on the long finish. Even the grape brandy used to fortify it is made from Baga!
