Filipa Pato 3B Extra Brut Rose Sparkling
Region : Portugal > Óis do Bairro
Tasting Note : A blend of the indigenous Baga and Bical grapes. The Bical adds mineral and citrus notes to the berry red fruit notes of the Baga. Light pink, fine bubbles, raspberries on the nose with nice minerality and a dry finish.
Blend : 70% Baga and 30% Bical.
Wine Making : Traditional method. Biodynamic. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed gently. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in cask of 650 liters and stainless steel vats at temperatures below 16 º C.
Ageing :
ABV : 11.5%
