Produced in Lombardia since the Sixteenth Century, Frianciacorta is Italy’s sister style to Champagne, from perfectionist winemakers. Longer minimum aging than in France means the wines have a deeper, toasted almond note.

Tasting Note : Bright yellow colour. Red apples and juicy lemons bring along crispness followed by a mushroomy and yeasty finish.
Blend : 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Blanc.
Wine Making : Traditional method. Early harvest and soft pressing method. Fermentation happens in stainless steel tanks and a second fermentation in bottle. It takes at least 25 months from harvest to your glass.
Ageing : 19 months lees contact.
ABV : 12.5%
Drink With : Sushi, oil rich fish, camembert, salads with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
