Tasting Note : Yellow apples, lime and some yeastiness on the nose. Yellow apples, pears and lime on the palate. Light and fruity.
Blend : Muller Thurgau, Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc.
Wine Making : Méthode ancestrale - the wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished, without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. Minimal intervention. Native yeasts, no added sulphur dioxide, unfiltered.
Ageing :
ABV : 11%
Drink With : Mild and soft cheeses and Goat's cheese, seafood salads, on its own.
