Tasting note : A toasty wine from mineral soils full of exotic tropical fruits, white pepper and soft nutty notes.
Blend : 100% Grüner Veltliner
Ageing : Traditional method production, aged on the yeast to give a toasty almond hint.
ABV : 11%
Drink me with : a straw at parties! The wine is very versatile but matches particularly well with foods with lighter flavours - white meats, seafood, vegetable dishes (asparagus is ideal!) and deserts.
